Hi Rob, I only ever argue with Bill :-)
I've seen it twice and although I can't recall which car the first one
was, the second was a factory right-hander which has been in a museum
for years, so it's unlikely to have been re-worked since the factory.
Certainly everything else on the car was original
I think the fix is still valid, creeping or not. It may well be easier
to re-glue the window in its runner than adjust the guides, especially
with those botls prone to snapping.
Open ended question: If the glass doesn't move, and the guides don't
move - why do they go out of bonk? Poorly fitted new?
