What do you wanna replace ? the wire itself or the complete part with hose ?
The wire itself can be changed in a few minutes, you won't need a
description for that.
But the complete thing takes some more time and some luck to get it running
very smoothly/easy. If not needed I wouldn't go that way.
The wire itself can be bought in any bicycle shop around the corner.
