I found the ground
by the passenger TAB, question is do I have to breakthe bolt?? I
have tried spraying it with "deep creep"
hoping that might help clean it up but it did not
help.

Not a case of breaking it , if you need to remove the ground eyelet
that is connected to the bracket , just simply undo the bolt, there
may be another nut on the other side , in my case a spanner was
threaded through the backside of the bracket to undo this nut first.
